How do I get started?
Sign in, pick your role and a practice question, then hit "Start camera" to record your answer. You will get AI coaching feedback within seconds.
What is included in the free tier?
The free tier gives you 2 practice sessions per month. You will get an overall score (0–100) and 3 coaching points per session.
What do paid plans unlock?
Paid plans unlock delivery analysis (pace, filler words, pauses), role-specific feedback, and an AI ideal answer to compare against. The 6-answer pack gives you 6 full analyses at $19 one-time. Premium ($30 / 30 days) adds follow-up questions, keywords to include next time, and up to 60 sessions per month.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of the service, refunds are not offered once AI feedback has been delivered. If you have an issue, email us and we will do our best to help.
My camera is not working — what do I do?
Click the camera icon in your browser address bar and make sure it is set to Allow for this site, then refresh and try again. Interview Prep works best in Chrome or Firefox.
Is my video stored?
No. Your audio is sent for transcription and discarded immediately after. We never store your video or audio recordings.
Which countries is the service available in?
Interview Prep is currently available in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
