Why practice on camera instead of in your head
Almost everyone prepares for interviews by reading questions and rehearsing answers silently. It feels productive and it barely helps. The gap between knowing what to say and saying it well on camera is where most interviews are lost. You cannot hear your own filler words while you talk and you cannot feel that you sped up or spent ninety seconds on setup before reaching the point. The camera catches all of it.
Video interviews make this worse. A screen flattens energy, adds a beat of lag and turns small habits into obvious ones. Practicing in the same format you will be judged in is the only way to close that gap before it costs you the offer.

What does the AI feedback measure?
