Feedback covers two things that are hard to judge from the inside. The first is content: whether the answer has a specific situation and outcome in it, or whether it stayed general. The second is delivery: pace, filler words, and how long you spoke for. You also get a likely follow-up question, the one an interviewer would ask next based on what you left out, and you can practice that follow-up straight away.
